With a background that encompasses the hospitality, retail, direct marketing and people capital sectors, Mark’s experience enables him to develop customised solutions that work. Tina Saunders (Customer Service Manager)
Tina's background in the wholesale and retail sectors of the travel industry provides Peoplogica with an experienced and proven customer service professional. As NSW State Manager for Flight Centre Australia, Tina was responsible for 100 retail outlets comprising more than 400 staff and during her five year tenure oversaw year-on-year double digit profit growth. Tina joined our team in 2004.
Michael Mancinone (Organisational Psychology Consultant)
Michael’s career as an Organisational Psychology consultant has been driven by a belief that we spend so much time at work it should be an enjoyable, challenging and energising experience. He has experience across all types of organisations from a variety of different industries, including large oil and gas firms, government organisations, research institutions and management consulting firms. This has provided him with a wealth of experience to utilise during client engagements, and insight into the challenges faced across different organisational structures and industries.
Lily Nguyen (Client Services Executive)
Lily Nguyen is an experienced people analytics analyst and customer service officer. Lily plays a critical role in employee assessment and survey testing services for our clients. Lily has extensive knowledge of the People Analytics tools and is responsible for the day to day supervision of client projects.
