“During my first 20 plus years working in and interacting with SME’s and Multinationals, I was continually faced with the reality that a very large proportion of employees did not really enjoy their work and were certainly not fully engaged. The more I witnessed this, the more I wanted to do something about it. This was why I started Peoplogica, to help organisations to improve employee engagement and team performance”
